Our process begins with a 20-30 minute phone intake (no charge). Here you have the chance to ask questions, ensure I am the right resource for you, discuss scheduling, and deal with administrative details.

Appointments are available by phone or online.

I am a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Fees for service are generally in line with rates for counsellors in BC. I invite you to speak with me if my fees present a challenge.

If you have Extended Health Insurance, my services may or may not be covered. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage of services by a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

If you have a claim number with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), you may qualify for financial assistance towards psychotherapy services. I am a registered provider with CVAP.

First Responders may have funding available through First Responder Health. I am listed as one of the clinicians in the directory. Alternatively, If you have extended health insurance, my services may be covered. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage of services by a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
