Clinical Consultation and Clinical Supervision

I understand what it’s like to be in private practice and to work in larger systems and organizations. I am passionate about ensuring that RCCs, Accredited Clinical Supervisors, and those working towards ACS designation feel strong, secure, and confident.

I help to:

• Process challenging, complex, and high-risk cases
• Remember and deepen wisdom and experience that you already have
• Wrestle with professional ethics and responsibility
• Build confidence and skills with documentation (including during accreditation process)
• Increase awareness of the impact of power and privilege

I integrate your clinical approach and possible workplace expectations, and where there may be misalignment, we find ways through.

I work in a strength-based, non-hierarchical framework drawing on relational and collaborative practices. My psychotherapy and supervisor clients consistently say that I bring presence, care, heart, respect, and skilled experience to the work.

I provide online one-to-one or team sessions.
